The Northern Hospice Alliance incorporates Hospice North Shore, Hibiscus Hospice and Warkworth Wellsford Hospice. Together we provide specialist palliative care services to patients and families living within our respective communities. About the Role
Our Hospices are going through an exciting period of change as we come together as one organisation and explore new ways of working. This role is all about supporting our HR team to ensure a high quality HR service is provided to our internal customers.
Reporting into the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating HR processes such as on-boarding, recruitment, employment agreements and variations including accurately maintaining HR records.
This will be a busy, varied role and will cover all areas of HR but the main focus will be on recruitment and supporting the HR Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
This is an opportunity for a recent HR graduate to gain exposure to a true HR generalist role or an experienced administrator with an interest in HR to get a foot in the door. Either way, you will be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of HR processes, have strong administration skills and be proactive in your approach.
