In the beautiful, serene grounds at Hibiscus House, we have created a Remembrance Garden – where you can commemorate a loved one, regardless of whether or not they were ever in Hospice care.
You can purchase a page in our Tribute Book; a beautiful tile to go on our Remembrance Wall or Boardwalk; a garden seat or tree.
