Supporter Development Manager
0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
The Northern Hospice Alliance incorporates Hospice North Shore, Warkworth Wellsford Hospice and Hibiscus Hospice. Together we provide specialist palliative care services to patients and families living within our respective communities. About the Role
The Supporter Development Manager is a new and exciting post which will play a key role in developing a strategic approach to maximize income from supporters across multiple platforms including direct mail and regular giving programs.
Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, this role will have a strong strategic focus and be a senior member of the Fundraising Team. The role will also manage the Database Administrator.
With a strong track record of successfully growing a supporter base, you will have a real eye for raising supporter lifetime value and be confident in developing the data systems required. You will be able to demonstrate experience in producing a range of engaging and successful direct marketing campaigns and online fundraising communications.
You will also have;
- Knowledge and understanding of individual giving and legacy fundraising
- Minimum 5 years working as a Fundraiser.
Ability to develop and monitor the implementation of fundraising strategies, budgets and operational plans
Experience managing and leading a successful team
Experience working with Raisers Edge and/or Fundraiser databases would be highly desirable
Strong communication skills
